Background and responsibilities

Participation to national and international projects, among which 4 European Projects (Esprit I “MMI2”; Esprit II “ISEE”; TMR “COTCOS”; COST “Twintide”) about technologies and the way they are used in natural situations, to inform the design.

President of the EPIQUE 2009 Conference, and president of the GRAPE Ergonomic Psychology Group in the French Society of Psychology in 2008-09.

Responsible, in the CNRS G.D.R. 3169 “Psycho Ergo”, of the axis “Emotions and charge in the activity” (2008-2012). Member of the management board of the GDR.

Co-leader of the management board of the domain “Shared mobility and electricity” (Eco-mobility) in the VEDECOM Institute for Energetic Transition, since 2013.

Teaching in Master Degrees specialized in Ergonomics (CNAM Paris, Paris-Sud University, Paris VIII University) and supervision of PhD students with national or industrial grants.

Member of the management board of the new Doctoral School (ED) “SHS”, Paris-Saclay University.

Member of the Editorial Board of the Revue d’Anthropologie des Connaissances, and reviewer for Le Travail Humain, Interacting with Computers, @ctivités, Intern. J. of Human-Computer Studies, Intellectica, CHI, etc.

 

POSITION : Senior Researcher at CNRS (National Centre of Scientific Research) in Télécom ParisTech (Institut Mines-Télécom).

HDR (Habilitation à Diriger les Recherches) in Ergonomic Psychology.

Post-Doctoral training (with INRIA grant) at the Information Science Institute in the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA (1992).

PhD in Ergonomic Psychology at INRIA Paris-Rocquencourt (Dir.: P.Falzon).
